Affordable 1st Aid Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules can change. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below.
Classes Held at an Affordable 1st Aid Location
More than 48 hours before your scheduled class:
You may cancel or reschedule without penalty. Any payment made may be applied toward another class scheduled within 30 days of the cancellation date.
Between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled class:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests will be subject to a $10 rebooking fee. You will have 30 days from the cancellation date to register for another class.
24 hours or less before your scheduled class:
Payments are non-refundable and will not be credited toward a future class.
On-Site Classes at Your Location
Cancellations made 7 days or less before a scheduled on-site class will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled class service fee.
This policy also applies if our instructor arrives and:

Is unable to access the property or training location

Is turned away
-
Is unable to conduct the class because the client or scheduled participants are unavailable
How to Cancel or Reschedule
All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing by email to:
Your cancellation or rescheduling request is not considered complete until it has been confirmed by Affordable 1st Aid.
If you have submitted a request and have not received confirmation within 24 hours, please contact Krissy at 509-903-6254.
